Hi, I'm Lisa
I don't just help with children, families, healthcare, education, community, and their families - I've been there, working alongside them.
“It’s time for a practitioner who speaks your language"
With 20 years spent working within healthcare, education and in community roles alongside families, children, emergency services, and caring professionals, I know that 'the job' doesn't stay at work, it often transfers into life. With all the right learning, direction and advice to 'leave the job at work when you go home', it’s easier said than done.
I work alongside children, young people, and their families, in private practice, schools, community services, and complex frontline environments. These experiences have shaped a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach that helps families feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting positive change.
I am a Provisional Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Master’s degree as a Registered Nurse, and post graduate qualifications in Child & Family Health, and Tertiary Education. This holistic training and experience enable me to work collaboratively with children, adolescents, and families, providing compassionate, evidence-based care that considers the whole person within the context of their family, school, and broader community.
Clinical expertise is vital, but lived experience is irreplaceable. If you’re tired of explaining how work can impact yourself, children, family life, and health, let’s talk.
I provide grounded, supportive, trauma-informed support for the people doing the
hardest jobs in our community and at home, YOU.

How We Support People
-
Trauma-informed Therapy: Many people experiencing trauma symptoms don't actually identify with the word "trauma".
-
Do you feel constantly 'on edge' even when you're safe?
-
Does your body react to stress before your mind even knows why?
-
What are your survival habits after an incident or ongoing event?
-
-
Grief and Loss: Navigating loss - Loss of a loved one, job, identity, colleagues, teams, familiar environments, and/or change. Grief is not limited to death and may arise from change, transition, or psychological injury. Care focuses on healing, resilience, and safely journeying through stages to restore wellbeing and develop a healthy relationship with the environment.

-
Challenges in Coping: Because 'just relax' is the least helpful advice you’ve ever heard.
-
Are you actually coping, or are you just getting used to being overwhelmed?
-
When 'just getting through the day' starts taking everything you’ve got and feels like a full-time job.
-

Helping children, young people, families, frontline services, and community spaces move from survival to harmony.
Your environment deeply shapes your wellbeing.
For children & young people, we support them to understand their emotions, build resilience, strengthen relationships, support family dynamics, and navigate life's challenges. It takes a village.
For families, we support parents, partners, carers, and community through change, growth, and relationships. To build confidence, navigate work stress, and create supportive environments for you and your family to thrive.
For schools, we offer wellness programs for parents and students to work through difficult situations at school and at home, build confidence, understand emotions, build resilience, and develop tools to manage anxiety and difficulty coping.
For frontline and community services, we provide help and support for yourself and your family trough trauma, compassion fatigue, burnout, and workplace conflict.
Experience care designed to move your entire ecosystem from survival to harmony.
